45HRC 4 Flutes Flat End Mill

This 45HRC 4 flutes flat end mill is made of high quality carbide with excellent hardness, toughness and wear resistance for long service life. It has a Rockwell hardness scale of at least 45HRC, so it ensures optimum performance even in demanding applications such as high temperature and pressure. Its 4-flute design has 4 flutes strategically placed around the circumference of the cutter with a helix angle of 35-45 degrees. This configuration allows the mill to cut material more efficiently because the flutes evacuate chips and debris more effectively, reducing the chance of clogging or damage. Also, this design allows for higher feed rates, faster cut times and smoother surface finishes. Additionally, this mill features a TiAlN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride) coating that provides superior hardness, wear resistance and oxidation resistance.
